Sophie is the co founder of So-Trak.

Her extensive knowledge of business helps to enhance our growth plans. From the outset her desire to support Ben and the team have enabled her to be a great motivator, listener and great leader. 

Sophie rode her horse 'Alfie Moon' for Great Britain in Eventing, what an achievement to represent your country. 

Holly is Head of the Operations team at So-Trak. For the last 6 years, Holly has worked for two key players in the sector and joined So-Trak in September 2020 to pursue her career in Telematics and run the Operations Department. Hollys role is to implement the right processes and practices across the Organisation. The smooth running of processes and customer experience is extremely important to her. In her spare time she enjoys walking her Dog Nala and spends a lot of time going to Leeds Rhinos as a Season Ticket holder. 

Sophie is your main go to girl at So-Trak. She might have only been here a year, but she is vital to the company. Sophie liaises with all the engineers and customers to make sure our service is second to none alongside keeping the office moral at its best with her witty Scottish jokes. In her spare time, she likes knitting for the premature babies in hospitals around the UK. She also loves doing her nails even though she used to be the tough nut playing rugby union for U21 Scotland Womens team.

Laura brings a huge wealth of knowledge across to the So-Trak business. Laura before working at So-Trak worked for 7 years in one of Leeds largest waste managment businesses. 

With a very cool, quiet nature Laura is now the booking installation ninja. 

Melissa has transitioned from the internal sales team into a customer success role.

Melissa has a great passion for enhancing our customer base and ensuring they are capable of using our tools in the best way possible.

Customer rentention and her ability to have a close link to Operations and Sales teams make her a firm favourite with our customers and Development team. 

Refereeing football on a weekend and has just bought her first house with her boyfriend.

Kirsty has a great background in finance after working with Troy foods for circa 7 years, her key roles were all aspects of finance across there large group.  

Kirsty has come into So-Trak to help deliver on our growth plans with a fine attention to the finances. 

Kirsty is very family orinetated and a great addition to the team. 

Lewis is silent but deadly. Having been part of the AMVOC team he is steady under pressue on the phones and very nifty when it comes to cars.  A very mature head for the new dad of one adds great value to the So-Trak team.

In August 2023, Lewis gained promotion to join the National Sales Management team.

Jack is the friendly face of So-Trak. From meeting new customers joining our business to developing long relationships with our partners. He understands the needs of the customers helping them identify how So-Trak solutions can improve their security and secure their assets. Jack has over 6 years’ experience in sales and in his spare time you’ll see him on the football field in the black kit with whistle in hand on the Northern Prem.

The youngest of the So-Trak team brings energy, tenacity and a real good all round team member.

Alan is a huge Leeds United fan and also enjoys his time on the 5 aside pitches on Tuesday evenings... a shame his touch isn't the greatest.

Mike comes with a vast amount of sales experience. Known to many as the silent assasin, Michael has a great eye for an appointment and has slotted straight into the So-Trak family.

His achilles heal is his ability with a pool que.

Brad is new to the sales environment and has taken to it like a duck to water. 

Tenacious on the phone, very knowledgeable and will thrive to make more calls than the rest.

Brads keen interest in motorbikes and cars keeps him busy most weekends.
